Summer Food Banquet 

Stockland Green Hills’ Summer Food Banquet will take place on Friday 16 February from 11am to 12.30pm. 

The event features a banquet tasting table with more than 1,200 samples available to whet the appetite. Every dish in the banquet is made from ingredients sourced from Stockland Green Hills fresh food retailers including: 

• Costi’s Seafood Market Café – Located on the fresh food level at Stockland Green Hills, Costi’s Seafood Market Café sources sustainable, high-quality seafood, which together with its high standards of service, makes them one of the region’s most popular producers. Family owned and run, they are dedicated to creating healthy and delicious family-friendly meals, featuring the best catch of local prawns, fresh Sydney Rock oysters, cooked and green crabs, and up to eighteen different fish fillets. 

• CHOP Butchery – Only recently opened at Stockland Green Hills, CHOP Butchery is already making a name for itself by combining the most delicious, high-quality meat and food products with exceptional experience and service. Selling premium quality, fresh, and responsibly produced products, their range includes fresh seafood, burgers, rissoles and patties, veal, Japanese Wagyu beef, pies and sausage rolls.
