Planning your nuptials can quickly feel overwhelming for newly-engaged couples, but the Wedding & Wine Festival Hunter Valley aims to take the stress out of the process.
Bringing together the region’s top suppliers in one location, the event offers inspiration, expert advice and opportunities to save on your big day.
The festival returns on Sunday 22 February, from 10am to 2pm, at Ben Ean Winery & Vineyard.

Labelled the largest wedding expo of its kind in the Hunter Valley, the one-day extravaganza offers couples the chance to meet a wide-range of award-winning and emerging vendors, including hair and makeup artists, photographers and videographers, stylists, celebrants, florists, caterers, venues and accommodation providers.
Whether couples are in the early stages of planning or finalising details, the festival provides an opportunity to speak directly with suppliers, compare options and take advantage of exclusive on-the-day bargains.
Across the vineyard, visitors can enjoy live demonstrations and entertainment, including hair and makeup showcases and a cocktail-making session.

Guests are encouraged to browse the curated market stalls and styled ceremony and reception displays that highlight current wedding trends, too.
If that’s not enough, food and beverages, including Ben Ean’s signature house wines, alongside cocktails, beer, coffee and a range of cuisine options, add to atmosphere as well.
Interactive experiences are a key feature of the event, with Font, Flower and Mung Bean hosting hands-on flower workshops where participants can create and take home their own bouquet.
However, places are limited and expected to fill quickly.
Enhancing the experience, Clydesdale horses and alpacas from Prestige Horse Carriages and Alpaca Kisses will make special appearances.

The festival also features lucky door prizes, exclusive on-the-day discounts and free welcome bags for the first 250 guests, filled with event information and special offers.
The iconic wedding runway show is a must-see event, too, showcasing bridal gowns and suits from Shazzam and Man in a Suit, alongside floral styling, hair and makeup looks from participating vendors.
Make sure to grab your tickets for a stress-free day of planning and inspiration at next month’s Wedding & Wine Festival Hunter Valley.Â
