Following extensive inquiries, police arrested two teens – aged 17 and 18 – in Dudley about 7.30am on Thursday 11 January.

They were both taken to Belmont Police Station.

The 17-year-old boy was charged with 10 counts of larceny, enter vehicle without consent of owner, and goods in personal custody suspected being stolen.

He was refused bail to appear before a children’s court on Friday 12 January.

An 18-year-old male was charged with three counts of larceny, and goods in personal custody suspected being stolen.

He was refused bail to appear before Belmont Local Court on Friday 12 January.

A search warrant was also conducted at a home on Bradman Street, Charlestown, about 2pm on Thursday 11 January.

Police allegedly located and seized 30 bottles of liquor and a purse believed to have been stolen.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at the property before being taken to Belmont Police Station.
