The Wiggles set to bring tour to Newcastle

2021 is beginning to look a little brighter already, with news The Wiggles are bringing their latest tour to Newcastle.

The We’re All Fruit Salad Tour! is set to hit the stage at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on 21 April.

The colourful crew are planning to showcase the talents that have made them the world’s most popular children’s entertainment group.

Celebrating 30 years of educating, entertaining and exciting preschoolers, and their parents, The Wiggles tickets are set to sell like hot potatoes.

Emma, Lachy, Simon and Anthony Wiggle will be singing and dancing on stage in Newcastle, together with all their Wiggly Friends including Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and their newest Wiggly Friend Shirley Shawn the Unicorn.
The We’re All Fruit Salad Tour! will feature Wiggly classics as well as new songs from the addictive children’s group.

Newcastle’s show is part of a month-long tour that begins in Perth on 10 April and finishes in Melbourne on 9 May 2021.

Shows will include Adelaide, Bendigo, Canberra, Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, Townsville, Brisbane and Mackay.
The Wiggles’ founding member, and Blue Wiggle Anthony Field says the show promises to have the energy and enthusiasm that fans expect of the group.

“The We’re All Fruit Salad Tour! is a truly wonderful show and I can’t wait for our fans to experience it,” he said.

“You’ll hear all the classic songs you love plus new ones.

“The show will feature a variety of dance styles and performances that go with different styles of music.

“Children will see and hear drums, keyboards, banjo, guitars, bagpipes and lots of singing.

“We hope to see you there.”
