Little Star Speech Therapy

Educare

Educare was a part of the initial NDIS Pilot Program in Newcastle and has since developed into a leading NDIS Service Provider.

It is a registered and an accredited provider of NDIS services and assists with Service Agreements and Support Plans with a particular focus on children, teens, and parents.

Importantly, as a multi-disciplinary medical and health practice, Educare has been in a unique position to provide a range of specialist supports within the one central location for the convenience of families.

Of benefit to families is the specialist experience in identifying core issues through assessment, developing goals and plans and assisting with funding applications.

Castle Personnel

When Elise began her Castle journey in 2013, her main goal was attending Castle was to gain employment and to obtain her license.

Castle worked alongside Elise to gain her employment skills and money handling through work experience at both Big W and Spotlight.

Castle also worked with Elise to increase her social skills and gain lifelong friendships by participating in NDIS sessions.

Elise linked in the Castle DES program in 2016 and, together with the NDIS services, it helped Elise gain employment at Blackbutt Fish and Chip Shop as a server.

Since working, Elise has purchased a vehicle and now drives to work and lives an independent life.
