In a move bringing together two of Newcastle’s most respected agencies, Lisa Macklin Property has officially acquired Crawford Real Estate.
The merger marks what Lisa Macklin described as a “new chapter that combines decades of dedication, integrity and genuine care for our community”.
With the acquisition, the organisation becomes one of the region’s most experienced and established local entities, offering extensive knowledge across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie property markets.
As part of the transition, long-time Crawford Real Estate agent Margaret Jensen has joined the Lisa Macklin Property team.
Ms Macklin and her business partners – Steph Jordan, Eliza Dunn and Vanessa Beneke – said they were thrilled at the new addition to their company.
“At the heart of this exciting transition is the addition of Margaret Jensen, whose extensive experience and deep local connections further strengthen our team,” said Lisa.
“Margaret’s warm approach, professionalism, and long-standing relationships with clients perfectly align with our core values at Lisa Macklin Property.
“Her insight and commitment to service will ensure our clients continue to receive the very best advice and support throughout their real estate journey.
“It’s wonderful having her knowledge and her sharing her experience with the team.”
Both Ms Macklin and Ms Jensen are long-time locals with an extensive understanding of the region, set to compliment the business moving forward.
Ms Macklin said the agency was proud to carry forward Crawford’s legacy.
“They’re a name synonymous with honesty, personal service and community trust for over 40 years,” she explained.
“By bringing our teams together, we are able to off er an even greater level of service, blending traditional values with modern marketing, technology and innovation.”
The merger strengthens the agency’s long-standing focus on community-driven service, with a continued commitment to genuine, knowledgeable and personalised real estate, regardless of whether one is buying, selling or investing.
“We look forward to continuing to support our valued clients, old and new, as we grow together under the Lisa Macklin Property name,” Ms Macklin added.
Looking ahead, Ms Macklin said the agency’s future would be “built on experience, strengthened by community and focused on exceptional results.”
