A Lake Macquarie publishing group has found the secret to success, achieving number one bestseller status on a new book just five hours after launching on Amazon.
Released by Golden Earth Publishing on Friday 3 September, Innovation Secrets features several Hunter-based contributing authors.
The 320-page book tells the inspiring and powerful stories of thought leaders, innovators and visionaries who are creating a positive paradigm shift in business and life through creative ideas.
Golden Earth Publishing CEO Joanne Martin says Innovation Secrets is a testament to driving change through business.
“I created [the book] to showcase local and international business owners who see the world differently, are driven by passion, and inspired to create positive global change by initiating new ways of doing things,” she said.
“This aligns with my passion for publishing aspiring thought leaders, visionaries, inventors, changemakers and futurists who introduce new ideas, thought leadership and vision that has the potential to positively transform the world.”
The book features both international authors and writers from the Newcastle, Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions.
Ms Martin says she is very grateful for the support the book has received already.
“To achieve Number One Amazon bestseller status in both Australia and the United States, less than 5 hours after the launch is just fantastic,” she said.
“I would like to acknowledge and thank the talented authors who collaborated to write the book, sharing powerful insights, knowledge and skills with readers from around the globe.”
Local names in the book include Mel Armstrong, Gabrielle Bailey, Joanne Martin, Julie Watson, the Mentor Support Network, Mark Boyle and Dr Elysa Roberts.
Paperback and Kindle versions of the book are available through Amazon.
Ms Martin has since moved on to her next project and is seeking contributing authors for a children’s book idea.
“I’m excited to announce my next multi-author book project Inspiring Children’s Stories,” she said.
“In this project, contributing authors each write a short story that will inspire children to follow their dreams and be the best they can be.”
Applications for this project are now open. Enquiries should be directed to [email protected]
