UPDATE: Corey has been found

Corey Davies has ben found, he was located at Clarence Town at about 10.30am, today (Thursday 11 November).

Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

Earlier

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from East Maitland.

Corey Davies, aged 24, was last seen leaving his home on David Avenue at about 5.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 10 November) in a silver Volvo sedan bearing NSW registration DGB-11Y.

He was reported missing by a family member, and officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Corey’s welfare.

Corey is described as being of Caucasian appearance and of medium build with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a short-sleeved white shirt and grey shorts.

It is believed he may have been in the Karuah area about 5.30am today (Thursday 11 November).

Anyone with information about Corey’s whereabouts is urged to contact Maitland Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
