A teenager has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital following an incident involving a golf cart at Medowie on Wednesday.
About noon on 28 June, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) was tasked by NSW Ambulance paramedics to the Pacific Dunes Golf Club.
It’s understood the youngster suffered serious injuries to his torso.
After being seen by local paramedics and the chopper’s Critical Care Medical Team, he was conveyed to Newcastle for further treatment.
