Former Australian pace bowler Nathan Bracken will be inspiring the young cricketing talent of Newcastle this summer when he heads up the coaching panel for the Shaun Brown Cricket Coaching clinics.
Bracken played five Tests for Australia and 116 ODIs.
He was a left arm fast bowler who excelled in the one-day game, in fact, in 2008 he was rated the number one bowler in ODIs in the world.
Bracken will be remembered for his great changes in pace, using slower balls to deceive batsman all round the world.
The camp will be held at Ford Oval on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 January 2021 from 9am to 3pm.
