Fresh Start feature 2022

SHARE

Looking for a fresh start in 2022? These businesses could help.

Awaken Chiropractic

Chiropractors Natalie and Andy Crozier had a vision to create a space for people to live a life more connected and in alignment.  When we have optimal alignment, healthy posture and good spinal mobility – we’re free to do the things we love.

For some that means having more energy and greater focus in their chosen profession, for others its better recovery and performance for their gym sessions, or it’s being able to play with the grand kids.

At Awaken Chiropractic, Natalie and Andy Crozier work with people in a pro-active way to address spinal dysfunction – getting you back to your best life.

Groundwork Fitness

Since December 2020 Groundwork Fitness has been on a mission to change the lives of people who walk through its doors.

With an average age of 62, coaching members to get strong and stay strong is the focus of the centre.

Far too many people lose their strength and mobility as they age resulting in them being placed in aged care – Groundwork wants to change that

Karl (with 31 years of strength training experience) is not the only person who believes in this type of training, he has the support of Geriatrician Dr John Ward.

“I was very dubious about this sort of training for someone like me, but it has been very beneficial,” Dr Ward said.

“I have more energy and walk differently – not like an old man any longer.”
