Four people were hospitalised, including one with serious injuries, after their vehicle rolled near Scone on Saturday night.
Emergency services, NSW Ambulance and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service (WRHS) attended the accident about 8.15pm on 4 April.
The quartet was assessed and treated by paramedics for multiple wounds and ailments.
However, a teenage female suffered head and back injuries.
She was transported by road to the Scone Airfield to meet the chopper’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition.
The remaining three were all conveyed by ambualnce to the same medical facility, too.
